Welcome to TangLabs. By engaging our LinkedIn Ads management services or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
TangLabs provides LinkedIn Ads management services for ethical B2B software companies. Our services include campaign strategy, ad creative development, targeting setup, ongoing optimization, and monthly reporting.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information about your business, target audience, and marketing goals
Grant necessary access to LinkedIn Campaign Manager and relevant marketing platforms
Fund your LinkedIn Ads budget directly (minimum $5,000/month recommended)
Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
Comply with LinkedIn's advertising policies and terms of service
3. Payment Terms
Management Fee: $3,000/month (or as agreed in your service agreement)
Payment Schedule: Due at the beginning of each month
Ad Spend: Paid directly by you to LinkedIn (not included in management fee)
Commitment: 3-month minimum engagement
Late Payments: Services may be paused if payment is more than 7 days overdue
4. Cancellation
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice
Fees for the current month are non-refundable
Upon termination, we will provide final campaign reports and transfer all assets to you
5. No Guarantees
LinkedIn Ads performance depends on many factors including your market, offer, budget, and campaign duration. We cannot guarantee specific results such as number of leads, cost per lead, or conversion rates. We provide strategic management and optimization but do not control outcomes.
6. Intellectual Property
Ad creative, campaign strategies, and materials created for your campaigns belong to you
TangLabs retains rights to methodologies, processes, and frameworks used in service delivery
We may use anonymized campaign results as case studies with your permission
7. Confidentiality
We will keep your business information, campaign data and proprietary details confidential. We will not share this information with third parties except as necessary to deliver services (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager access).
8. Limitation of Liability
TangLabs is not liable for:
Results of LinkedIn Ads campaigns beyond our direct control
Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
LinkedIn platform changes, policy updates, or account issues
Any damages exceeding the fees paid in the preceding 3 months
9. LinkedIn Platform Changes
LinkedIn may change its advertising platform, policies, or pricing at any time. We are not responsible for platform changes that affect campaign performance or costs.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to Swedish law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
